We stayed here 1/15-22/2022 and paid $311 for 7 nights (included a $40 site hold fee). This park (and its next door sister parks Sweetwater & Settlers Rest) were mostly populated by “park model homes” and primarily inhabited by seasonal snow bird residents from north central/east US states and Canada, but each park also had a handful of sites set aside for shorter term RV stays. Our neighbors to each side were from Indiana and Quebec. We were in site 77 next to the central activity area. Like most of the sites set aside for sort term RVers, our site was all grass, and was very level. Our 33’ class-c and Honda CR-V fit comfortably on this site.We toured all 3 parks and found that all resident sites were well kept, many well-appointed and very few were up for sale.It was fairly cool, and of course got dark early this time of year, so the park got very quiet early each evening. Almost a mile from the nearest major road (Hwy 301) also insured that there was little road noise. While there we spent 2 days at the Tampa RV show which was a quick 20 miles away and also visited relatives in Clearwater about 38 miles away. This was a great base for and such wanderings. We would definitely recommend this park (and its 2 sister parks).
