Rate reflects membership to Thousand Trails, with Wilderness package. What a wonderful RV part/resort, with wonderful green landscaped lawns, concrete pads. great pool and hot tub, as well as other games, and large clean club house. Due to China Virus the clubhouse was closed but the pool was set up for every two hours cleaning, and was open to members/guest. The staff was helpful ,and the members who reside there are very friendly. Close to grocery stores, and only 30 minutes to several major shopping areas. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of an RV restroom/showers. There is only one restroom with only one stall, located at the pool. And this would be a problem for smaller campers, or popups. Also worth noting is train tracks run within 200 yards of the RV park, but this track is not heavily used.
