This is probably one of the nicest RV Resorts we have ever stayed in. Located just south of The Villages, it gets out of the crowds and into the country. The town of Webster where it is located doesn't have much other than a Flea Market on Mondays. But the Resort makes up for that.Situated on 250 acres, you drive up a long driveway to the gated entrance and are greeted by an imposing Club House. There are lanes to your right to park for check in. Note: they accept only Class A motor homes and the occasional Super C (which we are...they didn't object). The sites are HUGE!!! The concrete pad is big enough to park your rig, have a concrete patio, and can park two cars. Some of the sites are owned by individuals and have suites on them, which are really tiny houses with a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and storage area. The sites are a combination of back in and pull in. They are arranged such that every one gets a view of the pond through their rig's front windows. During our stay, the ponds (actually retention ponds) were dry. There is shrubbery between each site, giving you privacy, and lots of palm trees. If you were doing an extended stay here, I would definitely make reservations. There seemed to be a good number of sites, especially in the back, that could accommodate someone staying only a few nights. But I would definitely call first. The club house had a library, a WiFi room (no Wifi in the park, but free at the club house), card room, craft room, laundry and bathrooms. All were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Over the Air television was good as was Verizon. The people were very friendly. We attended the Friday Happy Hour and people with "Ambassador" badges were quick to greet us and ask us to join their table. We felt included. This resort is spectacular. If you wanted to settle for a couple of weeks or longer, I highly recommend this the Florida Grande.
