As with other SKP Co Ops we have stayed at, this facility is very well laid out, super clean and is home to friendly folks.Stayed here in June on our way to the Keys and the above rate is the daily off season rate. Sites are all paved and level with ample space. Nice and very affordable laundry facility. Great clubhouse where we enjoyed shooting pool during our brief stay. Since it was summer, it seemed about half of the residents were gone for the season, and because of that, there were no planned activities while we were here. We did meet some very friendly folks, which seems to be a given at all the SKP parks and Co-Ops we have stayed at. Given the time of year, it was very, very quiet. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The park is easy to get to from the highway and has wide, paved interior roads. Though it was a good stop over on our way south, I would imagine it would be far better to stay here during the winter as there would be many activities and social opportunities.
