We did not need laundry facilities so did not check those out. Will definitely stay here again. Loved being so close to ocean for fishing and relaxing.

Due to coronavirus all of their amenities were shut down. The pool was open with limited capacity and limited hours. This wasn’t really a problem. They had a no contact check in and check out procedure Which was very well organized so we really didn’t have any contact with staff other than the few phone calls we made to the office prior to our stay. The park was extremely clean and well kept. You do have people that live here year round and seasonal. The sites were close to one another but was no different than most other private parks or KOAs. It was mostly an older crowd but there were some families with children. I spoke to some residents who said there isn’t a spot to be had during the winter months due to all the snow birds. This park is located right next to I95. We didn’t hear too much highway noise maybe the occasional loud vehicle. From inside our rig we could not hear any of it. We stayed in site 101 which was considered a premium site and was directly across from the pool and bath house. Would definitely come back when more things are open but it made for a great weekend.

  • It's fine. Really.

However, its a well kept park - very clean. RV pads are interspersed with park models. Full-hook ups, as would be expected. Cable too. And Wi-Fi, although we didn't utilize it.We were grateful to be taken in - we came here after our reservation at a nearby state park was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic. Because Canadian snowbirds needed to get back across their border, the park had plenty of space for us. All amenities were closed - pool, rec areas, park office. Check in was done through an envelope outside. The park is near to several gas stations (RaceTrac is nice!) and a farm & country store. You can also access the Florida Rail Trail by crossing 512, and going left on the side walk, traversing under the highway bridge, then entering a park on your right. We'd stay again if we had to - but we wouldn't seek this place out. Too expensive for piled up sites - and no access to amenities (with good reason - but still).

Everything seems very well maintained and the amenities were a real plus (pool, dog park, mini golf, horseshoes, laundromat). There's a couple nice and large gas stations right next the property, with a Publix just 5 minutes down there road as well. Sebastian is less than 15 mins away and has 2 breweries and some fun restaurants on the water. The cell service here was remarkably fast on T-Mobile, too!

  • 15 minutes from the ocean, nice & clean facilities, dog area, recreational activities on site.

They have a nice pool that gets cleaned 3x per week ( I see the cleaning guy I think MWF). They have clean bathrooms, and renovated showers (They clean daily). They have a fun mini golf course, shuffle ball, bocce ball, horseshoes. Every day they have events going on from Bingo, water aerobics, pancake breakfasts, cookie exchanges, and even a music jam session. It is pretty quite, there are not a ton of trees, but it feels nice enough. The maintenance people are wonderful. Water was spraying out of our motorhome, and we are new to rvin, so we had no idea what to do. They came over and helped without expecting any money, and were happy with a thank you. =) We still have a few breaks in our line, but now we have a better idea of what is going on. The dog park is just a big fenced in area, where dogs can run. I have encountered pretty nice people at the dog park. We are happy with this facility, and look forward to seeing other Thousand Trail properties after this. Thank you!
