Our fellow campers were friendly and considerate which was wonderful since they were almost within arms length. The restroom/shower/laundromat building was clean and pleasant. The RV park is right across the street from a very nice area for viewing a rocket launch. We saw two of them while we were there and, having never seen a launch before, we were thrilled. The park is within walking distance of several restaurants, CVS, a discount grocery and several nice parks. We had our bikes with us and we pedaled almost every day in the very nice bicycle lanes. The RV park is very clean and decorated with fun Florida yard art. We usually try to camp in public campgrounds with huge sites but we enjoyed this park so much that we are re-considering our snobbish attitude toward privately owned parks, especially those that are located in cool towns like Titusville. Unlike most of those public campgrounds we love, we had excellent WiFi. When the sun set early like it does in January and nighttime temperatures dipped into 30s, we could stream our favorite TV shows and sit inside our warm little camper. The RV park is very close to the big bridge that accesses Merritt Island and the wildlife area there. We loved it! We saw so many animals on the wildlife loop road. All in all, this was a terrific week and we would definitely stay here again.

The owners are on a mission to make your stay comfortable. Sites are tight, the concrete patio is nice, and sites can be shaded. Several full timers here. Wifi is one of the best yet. They have six or seven networks for you to use. Restaurants close by and highly recommended. Only con(for us) is lack of a picnic table. Most everyone uses their own patio furniture. One bathhouse and laundry, 2/2. We liked it and would stay again. Saw a rocket launch today!! Just walked across the street. Win/Win!!!

Originally we booked Tuesday to Thursday and when the launch was scrubbed on Wednesday they gave everyone there first shot at extending our stay. The people there are very friendly and really go above and beyond to accommodate you the best they can. Most sites are full hookup and all are level and have a nice concrete patio. If there was anything to complain about there is no playground for the kids and there is only one bathroom and shower. This was not a problem for us though. We payed 115 a night for full hookup but that was with 10 people and the price is based occupancy.
