We had an unexpected change to our winter travel plans which required us to be close to the center. We were fortunate enough to get a last minute site in March.The park is nice with large oak trees, updated laundry, bathrooms (water didn’t get hot enough to make it worth while to walk over for a shower). The only negatives I ha...moreWe had an unexpected change to our winter travel plans which required us to be close to the center. We were fortunate enough to get a last minute site in March.The park is nice with large oak trees, updated laundry, bathrooms (water didn’t get hot enough to make it worth while to walk over for a shower). The only negatives I have are many long-term families living in the park. The noise level is pretty high on some streets. Also the management hasn’t addressed a very loud family who plays music way too loud and drives their truck like they’re at Daytona. Too bad one particularly inconsiderate family can make it uncomfortable and unenjoyable for many others around.

This is a decent park close to Tampa. We had a pleasant enough stay here and feel like the price is fair. Pool, playground, bathrooms, games, etc all in really good condition. 1st night we got in had a free carnival with candy & a magician our kids really enjoyed. Pool, playground, bathrooms, games, etc all in really good condition. 1st night we got in had a free carnival with candy & a magician our kids really enjoyed. Only gets 3 stars because it isn’t set up well for those passing through. Really set up more for permanent or very long stays. Very tight driving when parking. Would be nice if they put temporary RVs together so we could connect with each other. Seems weird to be next to a mobile home.

We made reservations at this Sun Resort and expected an RV resort. What we got was a park of permanent residents in stationary travel trailers and mobile homes - some very nice, but most in varying stages of decay. Arrival was great - office staff was very friendly. What we got was a park of permanent residents in stationary travel trailers and mobile homes - some very nice, but most in varying stages of decay. Arrival was great - office staff was very friendly. Pool area looked clean and welcoming. We were given assistance parking which was very welcome considering the very tight site we were assigned, immediately adjacent to some very loud, partying neighbors. We were supposed to have cable, but this site’s cable had been cut completely - there was no cable connection at all, just wire stubs where it had been cut. This is by far the worst RV “resort” in which we’ve stayed. It’s a mobile home park with a few sites for traveling RV’ers. 2 stars for proximity to Busch Gardens and friendly residents. We won’t stay here again. We expected more and should have toured it before committing to a stay.

Love this park, people are friendly. We used our PA discount and stayed for 21 days. I definitely recommend it.
