We stopped here on our way from Florida back to Minnesota. Great stop for one night. Close to the interstate, but far enough away that you can’t hear it. The owners were very accommodating, calling us on the road to make sure we were set when we arrived (on Easter Sunday). Easy to get to, lots of space.

The camper/workers were terrific. Sites were ok in size. Your location could be under huge pine trees with shade or areas with full sun exposure. They are so busy, you may not have much choice on what you get. They have a laundry on site, all the machines worked and it was easy to get your laundry done. We didn't use the community room or swimming pool, but they looked nice.Basic cash daily rate was $53, big discounts for weekly and monthly. My Verizon signal was excellent and had exceptional speed. In camp wifi was ok for email. The issues I want to bring up, were minor for me. They could be a big issue for some. They have some construction nearby with the accompanying noise. The closest at the front of the park is already over. It was a Tractor Supply which will have propane and hardware items.Wifi, I already mentioned. Water pressure was on the low side about 40PSI. The 50 amp pedestal was on the low height side.

I'd give it five stars except the WiFi was so bad it might they might as well not even have it. Wouldn't ordinarily matter except we camp with a toddler so it's a must have at times. Our site was a little tight, but we made it work. Try to get a site on the back, main part of the property if you can. The loop out front is nice, but the back loop is even better with plenty of shade. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a nice playground for kids and many pine trees which gave it a park like feel. The only drawback for us was the number of cats which roam the park. We have two dogs and they went fairly crazy as the cats sauntered by, played, and chased one another(!) by our site at various times throughout our stay. there are no cat free zones. They seem to be everywhere! The campground is very clean and very well-maintained. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

We came in with the intent to only stay for the night but one of our dogs got sick suddenly and we ended up staying four nights. The staff did the best they could to accommodate us and not to move sites. I will definitely stay in this park again if we find ourselves in Tallahassee.

We never got the cable TV to connect but we are newbies so we may have been the problem. There is a large construction site next door, which resulted in quite a bit of noise. Once the building is completed, I think the park will be peaceful.

The sites are gravel, very level. Many pull thrus. Sites are close together. We have a tiny trailer but sites are full hook up and can fit larger rigs. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. We were in site 1, right next to the restrooms, common room and laundry. Restrooms are singles with showers and toilet. Nice and clean. They have a great common room that has TV, games, books, piano, a nice kitchen too. It's decorated with trophy animals. I liked it but may not appeal to some. Laundry reasonably priced $1.50 wash $1 dry. The grounds are beautiful and well groomed. A cute cat was wandering around. We normally stay at state parks so the price, $51with military discount was higher than we usually pay. Overall very nice campground.

No grass. The campground was clean and well kept. Easy on and easy off I-10. Verizon was four bars LTE.

Better late than never to write a review. I got the E-mail of Campendium campgrounds and recognized this right away. Nice stop over for one night on my way to Arizona in January 2019. Long level pull thru for my 36 foot coach towing my utility trailer. I'd stay here again. It's just about a day from where I live in SW Florida.

They do a great of keep each of the sites clean and we saw them cleaning each of the sites after people pulled out.We used this a location to explore the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge on our day off of traveling. It is a short 30 min drive down to this location. There is also a good grocery store just down the street which made it easy for us to stock up. The only negative was some of the sites where close together, but the managers did a good job of separating the as needed.

And unfortunately it seems like the RV options in the Tallahassee area are lacking. We couldn’t make it in time to use the Harvest Host stay, so we chose this park. It’s nothing special. We stayed in #54, which is up front of the campground, near the road (although it wasn’t too noisy). Some of the sites look like they aren’t super level, and there seems like there’s a lot of full-time residents. The extremely tiny bathroom/shower was kept clean-ish, we didn’t use any of the other amenities. Wifi was fast and solid, being so close to the office. The campground is walking distance to a Publix (grocery store) which was nice as we don’t have a car. We didn’t have issues with the rules like other reviewers, but we don’t have pets. The positives are the park grounds are well kept up. We greatly appreciated the motion detection lights around the office, as we took our showers at night. And the check-in process with the office staff was friendly and informative.Still, for $50 it seemed like an expensive stay for not much in return.Jayco Greyhawk, 32ft class C, not towing

Although not very large compared to some parks, it is really clean. The WIFI is almost always fast and quick connecting. I had little problem streaming movies and music. There is a club house with book exchange and TV, laundry with efficient machines, and two community bath/showers. The office is open most of the day, and will accept mail. Although about 1/2 mile from I-10, I was never bothered by interstate noise. There is a Publix within walking distance and a public library with a beautiful lakeside park about a mile away. The neighborhood adjacent to the park is safe and typical of Tallahassee's modern infrastructure. I paid the posted monthly rate, around $25/night.I stayed in the park while working at one of the area hospitals for five weeks. Rain or shine, this is a popular park with good long and short term guests. I look forward to staying here again.
