We stayed at site 33 and our rig has our water hookups towards the front, so we had to use two water hoses. Good amount of cable channels, good wifi and good cell service with AT&T. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They do have propane on site but only available M-F 8-5 I believe, not on the weekends. Fortunately there is a Gander 5 minutes away the refills tanks.

Our site (23) was a bit of a climb to get on and very uneven, luckily we did not unhitch we felt a little nervous about it because of the leaning on the sides and on the back. The utilities were fine. The bathrooms and laundry were clean and nice. The sites are relatively close together but we had a really nice neighbor. The interior roads are narrow and we were a bit nervous about leaving but managed okay. Even though there were some big rigs in the park, it's a somewhat tight park for big rigs. Fine for small rigs. We are 50' total with tow and trailer. It's a decent park.

Didn't use the restroom or showers. Some road noise and sirens but not bad. Dog run at front entrance. Friendly folks. Would definitely come here again.

We’ve stayed at this campground a few times when we’ve visited St. Augustine and it’s a great spot with fast cell service with Verizon and AT&T not too far from the beach and town (about twenty minutes). The campground is near the outlet mall and about ten minutes from the closest Publix. The laundromat is always clean and they make sure the grounds look nice. Our rate is based on the monthly fee, so it is much less than nightly or weekly camping. We will continue to come back to this spot when we visit St. Augustine. We prefer state parks if we can snag a spot, but this is a great RV park if there isn’t any state park availability and it was a wonderful place to stay for a couple months. Bonus- the campground has wifi that was actually decent, not for streaming, but sufficient to update apps and check emails.

Good size sites with newer laundry and nice bath house. Close to all Saint Augustine amenities. Dog park, small playground and nice staff. Would give 5 stars if it had more amenities. It had all we needed, but wifi was inconsistent.

While it was convenient for those purposes, and it is a decent campground, overall, it's extremely expensive. (We paid less because I'd booked the site before their most recent price increase. Current rates for their cheapest sites are $56 daily/ $329 weekly)Like most commercial RV parks, sites are lined up one next to another. The spacing between sites isn't terrible and the sites are angled, so that helps, but there isn't much in the way of vegetation to make the sites feel private. All in all, it's OK, but not great. This is a good location for checking out St. Augustine. Right up the street from the campground is a large commercial area where you can find all your necessities. St. Augustine's historic district is about 15 or 20 minutes away, and Anastasia State Park and the beach are about 20 to 25 minutes away. All in all, the campground is in a decent location. Honestly, if not for the price, we'd wholeheartedly recommend this place, but at some point, the price just gets absurd. $56 per night for a standard commercial parking space, 15 or 20 minutes from the historic downtown area is just really high, especially when you can stay at beautiful Anastasia State Park, which is right on the beach and closer to downtown, for about half the price (albeit with W/E sites only).

Most sites were pull-through with full hookups on packed gravel. Some had concrete pads for a patio with picnic tables. The bathhouse/laundry facilities were immaculate. There was a dog park, an area for outdoor activities such as badminton and horseshoes. The office had a small library and the staff were very helpful. Cable and (limited) WiFi were included. With it so close to the interstate there was noise, but not unbearable. There was no pool and really no where to walk or ride bikes. A great place to camp and visit St. Augustine or stop for the night.

Super location right of 95. Family owned property we learned. Most sites are pull through. Nice spacing. Newly renovated bathhouse and laundry. They are air conditioned. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Most campers seemed to leave after a day or two. We may winter here sometime.

The sites are spacious, level and gravel and there is some shade with a handful of trees throughout. The park is quiet, being tucked away from an EXTREMELY busy exit off I-95. Getting to the RV park is, however, painful due to the location of the park off the exit, right next to a large outlet mall. It's nice to have shopping so close but trying to cut across three lanes was...challenging. With the exception of getting to the park, the park itself it clean, the people are incredibly nice and, while it was under construction (updating) while we were there, they have bath facilities. It's good to see a park updating their facilities, and providing portable (nice RV portable) options while they finished construction. That said, the main negative for us, as a traveling family with children, was the lack of on site things to do. There were a couple swings but that was generally the extent of playground available. There is no pool as well, so it really leaves limited options for staying onsite. Luckily the park is only 20 minutes from St. Augustine, America's oldest city, with tons to do, providing you the opportunity to get out and enjoy the area.Overall we'd definitely stay again, especially for those full timers using SBI for mail (Green Cove Springs is only 25 minutes away), but only for short term stays.Weekly Rates: YesWIFI: Yes, 6 Mbps down, 1 Mbps upCable TV: YesReceive Mail: YesFull Hookups: YesFire Pits onsite: No
