This is mostly a full time RV only campground. So on the weekends everyone is off from work. Very noisy. Everyone is cleaning with vacuums, blowers, you name it. This could be such a good spot. But as you walk around everyone just piles the crap up outside the RV / Home. If they monitored how much crap people pile up outside the trailer it would look so much better. Absolutely nothing to do inside the campground. So bring plenty of liquor, or your own fun. But don't expect much more then a full time live in campground. Oh and the brand new WiFi, horrible as well. Could not connect or stay connected. Would I go back. Probably because it's convenient. Safe travels y'all!!!!!

It is a quaint small campground (30 sites). It is easily accessible off of I-95 and US1 with close proximity to St Augustine and Daytona. The staff is great and go out of their way to insure you are settled and comfortable with your site. We were not able to secure 3 sites together but the campground is small enough that it did not matter. It is located right off of US1 and there may be some road noise if you have a site at the front but those sites appeared to be held by longer term campers. The campground was homey and quiet. Firerings are provided. We travel with 2 greyhounds who enjoy long walks. One minor drawback for us was the lack of walking or biking trails within the campground. (There are multiple places within a short drive that are available including Hiking trails and a park). Sites were shaded and clean with full hookups. Great cable TV but requires hooking us one of their boxes. (Staff will gladly hook it up for you!). This is a great place away from the hustle & Bustle of St Augustine & Daytona Beach but close enough to visit them daily. We would definitely stay here again.
