Bathrooms showed a little wear from being so close to salt air but clean. Have two pools, tennis and shuffleboard. Did not use at all here for the beach. Ocean side sites are the best. Large cement pad most with cabanas. Little tight pulling in if you have a big rig. Ours is a 30 footer class c.

  • Super close access to the beach, 2 pools, dog friendly and some spots have a private porch area. Nice bonus.

The roads are a little small so make sure you follow the map given but we saw some huge campers so you should be fine. We were just opposite the beach side spots and it was awesome. Only couple spots from beach access ramps. We had a covered porch with a picnic table which was awesome. We used the family pool upfront and it was huge the bathrooms upfront were nice and clean with showers. They had a dog run and kids play area we didn’t use much. The beach is dog friendly as well. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a spot right on the beach. Great location. The beach front spots are a bit of a challenge to get in to but not impossible for our 35ft 5th wheel. Nice cabana at our spot and wide concrete pad. No complaints.

There are some permanent park models/single wides. Some lots are for sale.VERY convenient to the beach - property has 4 access walks directly onto the beach.Trash pickup by 10am, curbside (no cans provided - just leave a bag and hope it doesn’t blow away). Our spot had the electric panel nearly on the ground and within about 1 foot from the water, if our water had sprung a leak it would have dripped onto the electric plugin (see photo).Cement slab is very wide so we could park either next to or in front of our 20ft RV. Decent water pressure. Sewer hookups are NOT enclosed so when you dump you may want to close your windows...Under 2 miles from a grocery & lots of other shopping just 5 miles away. There are some basic RV necessities (tank deodorizer) in the shop/office. A small dog park (2 sections) is to the front of the property. There is a pool & hot tub. We were directly behind a nice & open laundry facility. Lots to do on the property. Prepare to go to sleep listening to the waves.

  • Right on the water . . . beautiful.

Lots of permanent residents but sites for rent are near the beach. Plenty of room at the beach sites (although the perpendicular parking will not be easy for all) Our site 231 backed up to the beach dunes. Private gate to the walkway puts you right on the beach. So close you can hear the waves at night. Very peaceful. Very level, all concrete site (sand streets in park) with cabana. Park has a big easy entrance and friendly folks. About 10 minutes from St Augustine beach and 15 minutes to historic St Augustine.

Great sized pull through site. All sites have pagodas with picnic table. Access to beautiful white sandy beach, pet friendly, nice people in the office and the park. Tons of amenities as well (including heated pool). We’d stay again for sure!

The roads are very narrow so it was fun watching hubby navigate to the rear area near the water. I know seasoned RV'ers will be fine. He's a champ now! The location is very secure and you need a key card for access to the pool area, main gate and a code to access the 4 ramps to the beach! It is beautiful and clean! There weren't a lot of people there but I guess this might be off season. The main pool was large enough for hubby to do laps and he ran on the beach with no issues. We didn't use any bathrooms or laundry.

When we booked our reservation we spoke with Renee over the phone. Simply put, she was extremely helpful and kind. Once we arrived, check-in was a breeze. I read some reviews about the roads being in poor condition but we saw none of this. The roads were even and hard packed. The site was clean and easy access. The dog park was excellent. We attended bingo night and all of the folks we met were super. One of the most surprising things to note was the condition of the bath houses. They were immaculate. Maintenance guys and gals do an excellent job. They also have a heated pool that was great and a full laundry facility that was very clean. We absolutely would stay here again. I have taken a bunch of pics that I will post as well.

The park itself is clean and well kept. The roads through the park are sand and they were using a tractor to take out some of the potholes on the day we arrived. There were a few good depressions on our ride in - jarring the trailer a touch. There are some turns to make in this tight-packed park, with a few of the turns showing evidence of some folks taking them too tight. The sites are close and there are not an abundance of trees or grass, but the park is overall pet friendly. Dogs are permitted on the beach, provided they remain leashed. All lots are "owned," with a fraction of them leased out. Some of the structures appear semi-permanent... likely changing hands with the owners. Sites appear to all have full hookup capacity. As for location, it is about a 10-minute ride north to get into Saint Augustine. Watch traffic apps to determine whether to take the 312/US 1 route into town, or to ride up A1A to the Bridge of Lions, as the draw-bridge can incur significant delays via the latter. We did not use either the pool or the heated pool during our stay, nor did we avail ourselves of the recreation amenities. The bath house we used nearest the beach was clean, tiled, and adequate. The sinks are equipped with auto-off faucets which can be annoying when shaving, etc. if you choose one that short-strokes. Cell phone coverage was not awesome with AT&T, nor was the wi-fi during peak times.Overall, I'd stay here again if in the area and a site was available. I feel like we got lucky in booking our stay on less than 48 hours notice, as the owner had just pulled out the day of our arrival, allowing us to secure the site for the night on a Daytona 500 weekend. That is the driver on the high price for a nightly stay, although this park is not cheap anyhow.
