This is a 55+ resort. Most residents live in permanent small houses (one bedroom) that cover most of the lots. We stayed in a 60ft pull through. It was a little tight for a 45ft coach, but still not too bad, allow for the fact it was my 1st pulling in with this coach!Being 55+ it was nice and quiet, along with the usually very friendly crowd. There is a spring-fed swimming pool, a small lake, and a short nature trail. There is an outdoor games area. WiFi coverage was good in our area, with speed restrictions after about 300MB of daily usage. We could pick-up 4 access points with 5 bars.
