The sites leave no room for vehicle parking, so everyone is parked on the road which makes it even tighter for large RVs. We picked our site online because of its proximity to the playground and they said they wouldn’t honor that and crammed us all the way in the back instead. The site they reassigned us to had occupants so they had to move us again. Just a headache of an experience. There is no wifi anywhere in the park except the front office.. other than that good luck getting signal. They do have cable which was nice and the laundry room was very clean and big. They also did refund our money when we had to leave early, so that was greatly appreciated. This wouldn’t be my first choice, but I’d stay again in a pinch.

Lots of people with pets! Spots are closer together but we didn’t have a problem backing into our spot 5 mainly because we didn’t have a row of RVs across from us. Our last night there was some kids making a ton of noise at the playground around 1 am. Not the Campground's fault but seeing the security booth was near by I wonder if anything was ever said.

I was able to back the truck in but it was under our awning with no room to spare. NO WIFI at camp site but if you walked up to the buildings you could get wifi. Cable was terrible. I even unhooked cable and just used antenna and had several more channels. They do have a swimming pool and several other things for the kids tp do. Plus there is a restaurant in the campground. There was a lot if road noise but couldn't hear to much of it while in the camper. I think if they did not advertise it as a resort it would have been different.

For as busy as they are you would think it would be noisy. It was very quiet. They take resort to the ultimate extreme. They pick up your trash everyday. Free Breakfast coupons for everyday. The resort is right next to the largest RV dealership in America maybe in the world. Over 275 working bays. It’s huge. Some of the sites have shade trees and some don’t. Ours did not. It had one little tree but it was small. They have a heated pool and hot tub. We didn’t use them because we were visiting friends. A large laundry room. Our only complaint was the WiFi. We have a WiFi booster and still couldn’t get good internet. Weren’t able to hook up computer to their WiFi to do work. Had to tether on our phones which didn’t have a great signal. We found that Tampa signals for ATT was not great anyway. We would definitely consider this location again.

Only downside is that we were further from the clubhouse and therefore limited or no WIFI. The pool area is always maintained very clean and the water is always crystal clear. Exit 10 is a wonderful place to eat and socialize with the staff and the other campers. They have activities for all ages and the rally Center is also maintained and very clean. Our only concern is the Golf Cart rentals. When registering for one you must supply a Drivers License for the use by each person that will be using it, but as you will see around the campgrounds, All the children are playing with them, driving around the park. Restrictions should be in place to not allow the children to use them. It is just like renting an automobile. You must have a valid license to operate the vehicle. This Golf Cart is just like a vehicle and should only be driven by a person with a valid drivers license. We did observe a few incidents at night with these children that could be very armful in today's day and age with attorneys at law. Security standards need to be improved for the overall safety of all that visit the park. Lazy Days does a very good job with maintaining the park both day and night, but the Golf Carts are a concern of many that visit. Please look into the safety of the visitors and change the security policy around the use of these vehicles.

Imagine sitting in the hot tub while it rains outside, we did that here and it felt like a spa. Some Friday nights they had a projector screen out for a movie. Ice is free. Large clean playground. Well kept tennis/ basketball court. Garbage gets picked up from your site a few times daily. Our lot was the largest in the campground lot 14 and it was huge. the other sites are closer together. The closer you stay to the pool, the better the WiFi. My one complaint was the lack of wifi at my site. To work i had to go to the pool or that area for better wifi. It also kicks you off every so often so, you need to resign in. The people here are all friendly. Jay in the front office goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and he knew us by name. We had packages delivered and they call us when they arrive. Free breakfast every morning. Best hiking in the area we found was Hillsborough river state park. Overall we are in love. Thank you Lazy days. Truely a resort

You can get WiFi at the Service building and/or the Resort office but not at a campsite. The pool and spa are clean and a great way to cool off and relax. There are many activities for children on many weekends. The RV accessory Store has ongoing educational programs and we also enjoy exploring different rigs in the sales area. The resort sites can require adjusting your rig to level and the sites are close together but for us, LazyDays has what we “need” in a campground. There are restrooms in the Amenity Center and showers/bathrooms in the pool area. The resort is pet friendly with lots of doggie stations around the resort and two fenced off leash sites in the Resort area. They have added a dog wash but you do need to pay for that at the office before using. There is a Restaurant onsite and a nearby CrackerBarrel.

Nice screened in pool, well kept grounds on property restaurant. Price is for a 45 ft site in season including tax. No weekly rate, discounts for military and if one purchased an RV at their store. Monthly rate only available for stays of 4 to 6 months. Prices are by length of site, we choose to pay for a bit more than we needed as it backs up to the rear of property. Interior roads are paved and wide, allowing for parking one's vehicle across front of site partially in road. All sites are back-in, and are laid out that your rear will be close to the rig behind you. Width of all sites is decent, esp for Florida. A fair amount of trees and grassy area at all sites. All sites paved and picnic table on it's own cement pad. No open fires, but community fire pits near pool. As reported in another review there is some sloping behind some sites. Across from us there are RVs that have their rear tires almost to the back of the paved area and the back end sits a few feet above the actual back of the site. Still plenty of patio area but be aware. This is a nice family park close to Tampa. Cable included, but Wi Fi not available at our location, but that is stated. Relatively quiet. Close to I 4, but no significant road noise.

We love the great conversation at the bar but wish there was entertainment/musician on at least Friday or Saturdays. Especially in the IN Season. Once a month is unnacceptable. Everyone walking around is always so friendly and helpful. People park kind of crazy but always willing to move their cars when necessary. The pool is amazing, jacuzzi not hot enough. But the bar could use friendly and happier staff. I know they work hard, but at least try to make eye contact with the customers and give them your attention, don't wait for them to ask you for that next drink. But the campground is great and although I am not a fan of that one negative employee, she could do better by not ignoring her customers. When she smiles though, she's very warm and caring. Just show it more.

I am disappointed that since it’s been bought by a conglomerate it has gone down in amenities that made the resort stand out from the competition. In addition to that, there are problems with some of the facilities. Often the bathrooms/showers are dirty and need repairs like shower heads. The past few times we have been there the spa has been broken. We used to get a paper at our site, now you have to hope there is still one in the paper box at the office. We also appreciated the breakfast and lunch coupons that they discontinued, and the colorful trolley that connected the resort with the sales/service/store facility. The park is nice, grounds are well cared for, and it’s close to our grandkids, but we don’t like the changes.

The "diner" style restaurant hamburger was pretty good, and they even have a full bar with a selection of single malt Scotch!

The hill was covered with a layer of slippery leaves. Other guests while we were there also told us how they had slipped or fallen behind their hill sites. Fortunately no one else was injured. Filled out an incident report with security. We had asked 5 times for a copy but was informed that the investigation was not complete and that was on May 9th. Management never checked with us and we did not anticipate their lack of concern or the additional costs with our stay. Safety is not a concern for this resort nor customer service

Which, by the way, was very well kept and clean, plus the rig theme was nice. The prices the bar and grill are very fair. Movie night on the lawn was great. Our site was spacious and close to the rally center and the pool area. Trash pick-up every morning. Cell service was okay. Cable T/V has a good variety of channels. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely revisit the resort for a longer stay.

Always helpful and friendly! The sites are cement but not level so it took quite a bit of adjustment to get our 42 ft coach to a useable position. The sewer hook ups are located quite a distance away so have extra tubing if you plan on staying connected to sewer. We simply emptied our system and then unhooked which worked fine. We enjoyed the walkability of the resort and adjacent LazyDays RV lot. We could walk and explore other models! We also enjoyed the classes offered by LazyDays! The resort has a beautiful pool, great hot tub and is very dog friendly! The laundry is adequate and easily accessible. We were able to access the internet from our site (244) which was a real plus for us! We will certainly return for a short stay if we find ourselves in the area!

Hour to Clearwater beach, hour to Disney, hour to Sarasota, Publix and Walmart close. All the amenities of being in a large metro area. Is a little noisy being close to the interstate. Weekends are also noisy as it becomes really crowded and people partying. Security on site running the propane golf carts all thru the night. FL in the summer there were an IMMENSE amount of bugs. Frogs doing mating calls all thru the night.

We have nothing but good to say about our stay at Lazydays: Excellent wifi, a paper delivered to your site each morning, a nice pool and restaurant at the campground, and close to Tampa. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Sites have concrete patios and are reasonably spaced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very thoughtful management offers great discount for Moffitt patients. Only negative is that all sites are back-ins. No pull through sites. But not really a problem because some are deep enough that you could stay hooked up for mid size towable.

They are extremely dog friendly, with small dog parks all throughout the site (in the RV resort as well as in service and sales). Of course, that means there are a lot of dogs as well, but they were mostly very well behaved and quiet. The sites are close and it's crowded, but for some reason it doesn't feel as tight as many parks with the same spacing. I'm not sure why that was.Pool and hot tub were WONDERFUL. Well maintained, clean, hot in the hot tub (but not too hot) and the pool was cool (but not too cool). Nice people; lots of socializing in the hot tub every night. The whole area is screened, so there weren't any bugs - a definite plus. Showers in pool area were clean, good shower heads and plenty of hot water.Laundry was clean, with enough washers and dryers. We were there during "high" season, so the price was more (much more) than we usually like to pay. On the plus side, they had plenty of available spots where most other places we checked were sold out.

All approach roads are also paved, although there is currently a good deal of construction on State Road 579 which connects Interstate 4 and the LD Resort entrance. Manageable with a large rig. We have a 43' coach, and next time we visit, we'll be pulling a large enclosed trailer which we'll need to stage in the parking lot before proceeding to the site.

The park is clean and the pool, hot tub and amenities are pristine. My site was fairly shady. Having a dog, I used the Big Dog play area, always clean and maintained. Big plus, NO fire ants anywhere ! Because it is a resort , I call it a 'concrete cruise ship'; meaning only that it is not a bare minimum, out in the wilderness state or county park facility. A daily newspaper delivery was a lovely perk and the"Exit 10" pub and grill have an appealing "Hapyy Hour and a half". the resort is convenient to many attractions in the Tampa area.
