The park is very clean, the pictures are accurate. Strong wi-Fi, good cable, nice concrete pads. The standard sites are all ground sea shells so watch your hoses for punctures! Full hookups. Residents were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice dog run, but that is the only grass around, and there are lots of dogs. This is a good example of the type park it is, but just not our cup of tea. It is a short drive to St Armond’s circle and to Siesta Key beaches. We took advantage of both. Very pricey in season for a weekend getaway. Our site was on a busy road, had to back in with traffic coming both directions. The traffic was noisy through the night and early morning. I was glad we had a white noise machine.
