I initially booked this campground because I was looking for a place near Punta Gotda and this place had no reviews. Initially upon my arrival I wasn’t too sure. It is not your typical resort with the office up front. I arrived after the office was closed and it was dark (strike 2 on me). Through the help of one of the residents I found the office and to my surprise my packet was not in the late checking box ☹️ I did, however, know my site number so I scouted it out only to find that it was only 30amp (one of the few that had not need converted at that time). I had just purchased my new motor coach that day and did not have a 50 - 30 adapter. Another camper tried to assist but his adapter was opposite of what I needed. The lot next to me was empty and behold! 50 amp ???? I hooked up there and spent the night. The next day they found a spot for me. One of the first things that was very apparent about this resort is that not only are the staff friendly but the residents as well. It is your different type of resort where you have permanent style homes interspersed with RVs. I liked it so much that I decided to sign a long-term lease.
