Paid a deposit oh phone, my mistake. I knew it was unrefundable. Later we decided (same day as deposit) we drove to see the place. After we actually saw Park... , not to go there. So we lost the $50. My fault for not seeing it. Small spots, tight quarters, our spot which may have dried out before we would be there, was flooded 35%. This is an old property, made to pack rigs in like sardines. We canceled the planned month stay, lost deposit. Found a much nicer place in town for slightly more $.

On our way from Fort Meyers to Tampa to Georgia and we stopped for a few days to get caught up on work. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel really welcome even though it is mostly longer term stays. Well cared for and really hot showers. Our son loved the pool and laundry was very easy. The sponge docks of Tarpon Springs are about 20 minutes away. Walmart, Starbucks, and the post office are all close by, almost within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here among the pines and palms.
