As a disclaimer, this is the first park we've ever stayed with our RV.Management was friendly. Someone guided us to our site when we checked in. When I reserved it I told her I have Passport America, but she said it's not good on the weekend, but she gave me a BOGO deal so we only paid for two of the three nights! They also let us checkout late on Sunday since management isn't there on Sunday. The park was clean. Most of the sites around us were empty. There were a lot of permanent residents there that always seemed friendly and waved when we came and went. Some sites are gravel, some have pavers, and others are paved. The pool and grill area looked really nice, but we didn't use them. My sister lives nearby and they said she couldn't use the pool with us. It's only for register guests. The only real complaint I have is that the sites are 90° from the road and the road was a little narrow, so it was hard to get our 38' fifth wheel in the site. Again, I'm new at backing this thing, but we got into smaller driveways on smaller streets with no problem. If the site across from us weren't empty I'm not sure how we would have made it work.Ritter's frozen custard next door is great!
