We were in town visiting family. This was closest and cheapest with Good Sam. I think it's $40/nt without. There are cheap monthly rates. New owners have bought the two adjoining lots, so hopefully things will be better in the future. Our site, #12, had a new plastic lumber deck, but a longterm neighbor who would leave his dog chained up outside at odd hours to bark. Also there was a very bright security light, which we're not fans of. You can hear Pensacola Blvd and 9 Mile 24/7, but it's not annoying. Come in from the south on Entreiner as there is no curb cut off 9 Mile. Laundry ($1.50 ea) and shower area were clean but owners need to put a sign and a path. It's to the left of the pet cemetery. There's a cat hotel in the back corner and residents are feeding the stray cats. I'm also not a fan of RV parks with loose cats. The neighborhood is pretty rough but the RV park felt safe. I think the residents are looking out for each other. It was only a couple miles to the hike/bike trails at the University, which are pretty good, for Florida. I advise ordering groceries at Walmart, as it looked very crowded every time we went by (Covid). All the sites are off side back-in. James will help you back in. The power (50A ok with tester) and water were somewhat convenient but the sewer was very far back in the lot and covered in dirt. We didn't use it and just dumped at a rest area in Mississippi.
