Really nice location. Love the scenery. The only thing I didn’t like was the closeness of the sites. Just another typical Florida campground because of that and not worth the cost.

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Pretty close quarters but everyone very friendly. Appeared to have a lot of snowbirds. Only negative was there aren’t enough w/d. Great cable but we couldn’t get WiFi from our location.

This park is officially on the sound as opposed to the ocean but the ocean is literally across the street. The tiki bar was a really cool feature. We didn’t actually got to the bar but every evening we would walk to the many chairs near the bar looking over the water. The staff was really helpful and easy to reach. Great cell service with 4G. Bath facilities were open and clean. Ice available. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

This is an excellent campground that truly feels like a resort! It has roomy sites that have a level concrete pad and a grassy area for your fur babies. It has a tiki bar on its own beach and chairs with umbrellas set up daily. Great, friendly staff!

Rigs are lined up right next to one another with just a small strip of grass between them. But, if you're looking for perfect beach access, or you want to be able to walk to various restaurants and bars right from your campsite, this place is awesome. The campground also offers some nice amenities on the beach, like a tiki bar and lounge chairs. All in all, while it is pricey, we thought it was worthwhile and would definitely stay here again.

The park is on the bay side, and has its own private beach with comfy lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a beautiful view to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. If you get a “premium” site, you step out of your rig practically right into the sand; we were in a “deluxe” site, which backs onto a lovely green lawn. The pool is very clean and well-maintained, as are the grounds in general. The laundry room is available 24/7, and it’s also very clean and well-maintained. Restrooms are individual shower/toilet rooms, and were also in great shape. The office staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The sites are level concrete, surrounded by grass. They’re very close together with little privacy, but everyone we met was super friendly; there were a few snowbirds who stay there for several months at a time, but all the rigs were newer, well-maintained, and there was no junk lying around. Others have mentioned it, but your power and water towers are located, essentially, in your neighbor’s site, while your neighbor on the other side has his in your site. But, since everyone was amiable and easygoing, it was a good excuse to get to know your neighbors. It’s a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great place to ride bikes, too, with good bike lanes and bike racks outside almost every place.Dog’s perspective: There are two small dog runs, and I mean SMALL, but the open lawn in the center of the park is big enough for a game of fetch, if your human is a good thrower. You are, however, right across the street from miles of open beach, if you get there early or late enough in the day that the lifeguards don’t kick you off. A beach that doesn’t allow dogs??

It really is the equivalent to having your own beach-house in a fun area. We didn't know what to expect as it was Spring Break. First off, we loved Pensacola Beach, it's a great place. When you want to escape the people, you can head 20 minutes down the island to Fort Pickens and hang out in the National Seashore and find beautiful beaches and a slower pace. The park itself is very clean, run very well and has it's own small beach on the bay side. You can walk across the road to the gulf-side beach with waves. Both beaches are great. The park beach is a perfect entry point for your kayak. My kids used the pool almost every single day. I did not think that I would like to have a site that backed-up to the pool but I loved it. My older kids could swim and I could relax in my own site and still supervise. What we loved even more was the monthly rate. We seldom stay put this long, so it was rewarding to have an affordable option in a great location. The sites are crazy close together and the hook-ups have ridiculous position for the water and electric and the picnic tables are next to your neighbors sidewall and sewer. Thankfully our neighbors were great most of the time and we had a blast. The resort-style lounge chairs on the beach are a great touch. We enjoyed our site on the beach side of the pool and would recommend that over being closer to the street. There were some teens who came through a few times and stole loose items. We keep our bikes locked up, so we did not have a problem...it is right on the main road. This is a great park for families with teens as there is a lot of activity around. Warning...the entire town is a loud party on St. Patricks Day evening. :)

Not too close to the neighbors. The downside may be that the park is right on the main drag, but it's also the benefit. We walked to restaurants, got our exercise by walking or biking on the multi-use trail which runs in front of the rv park and throughout the town. Pensacola has beautiful white sand beaches, nice restaurants and fabulously friendly people. This facility has nice laundry room, showers, private beach on the bay side and a small store. Grocery stores are about 3 miles away in Gull Shores and there are dog beaches on either side of the island and Bayview Park just accross the two bridges in Pensacola. This park was so nice and convenient that we didn't want to leave! We did have a booster + router so that I could be sure I could work. We got 5 bars verizon and 4 on t-mobile.
