We stayed 7 days while attending the Sea Breeze Jazz Festival. The campground is very well kept. Laundry $2 per load. Had a small pool. Less than two miles from public beach. Very quiet campground and close to shopping center and PCB attractions.

Very nice and clean park. Very wooded for being so close to the beach. Traffic noise from US98 (Back Beach Road) was very diluted due to the number of trees. Nice and clean with 3 ponds, and enclosed swimming pool. The bathrooms and showers were large but we did not use them. Great little ponds and peaceful feeling for a park that’s right near everything. Internet speeds was good with AT&T, but not super fast on Verizon.AT&T: 35Mbps Down and 5Mbps UpVerizon: 4Mbps Down and 3 Mbps Up

Stayed early November for three days to enjoy the area, short drive to beach’s, sites were a little tight but well kept, covered pool, laundry, showers, very pretty area with ponds.
