This campground was built on the site of an old motel that had been flooded by hurricanes. The new owners, Bob and Lou have done a marvelous job of creating a welcoming campground. The sites are small with concrete pads. They have a great swimming pool/hot tub and lovely, private and clean shower/bathrooms. It is located across the street from 2 great restaurants; Angelo's and Tropical Trader. You can walk to both. It is also right on the paved bike path that goes from the bay to Sopchoppy or down to Mashes Sands beach. The county is working on the bike path to connect Panacea, St Marks and Tallahassee.
