We received an email before our stay with local attractions, activities, gate code, how to check in, etc. The day of arrival Deb called me and answered all my questions. After checking in she stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was good. Cabin was clean, two window ac units kept the unit cold except in the hottest peak of the day (it never got hot inside). Kitchen had all the plates, pots, pans, etc we needed to cook. Lots of activities for all ages.
