Under new management. Nice and friendly older (55+) people here, most of which are permanent/annuals. The easternmost portion of the park hard a few sketchy folks hanging out, but I was made to feel welcome on my first day by both of my neighbors. The rates were reasonable at $175/week. There are no luxurious amenities besides a small clubhouse and laundry, but a the location of park across from a strip shopping center along with Walmart and a bunch of other major stores down the road (Publix, Home Depot, & all the chain restaurants, etc.) less than a mile away makes this a great place to get away from the harsh winters up north!
