The laundry and bath facilities were nice and clean. The pool was amazing. The community area was nice. My family loved being on the Santa Rosa Sound beach. Very fun for my toddler. The playground was not great, but it made due. We received packages there and it was nicely organized. The sites are a little tight but it wasn’t an issue. I did not think it was loud like the other reviews and I have a toddler that is sound sensitive for sleeping. Not an issue. We stayed at Navarre Beach Camping Resort after this place and I desperately wanted to go back to Santa Rosa. Couldn’t even compare.

Amazing RV Resort. Sights are small but private due to landscape. Very noisy due to road nearby. That is expected in an urban area. This is the type of park an urban resort should strive to be.

Beautiful paved sites, lush landscaping, pool, gas fire area for socializing. We stayed for five months. The park manager assisted with direct line internet from Mediacom prior to arrival. I work F/T. The road noise and sirens can be distracting at first but you get used to them. What was super annoying is the garbage collection service at 3am. Additional parking is available for a second vehicle. Very accommodating on packages and mail. I will say that the winter weather was less than ideal, however I understand the panhandle of FL is cooler than central FL. We enjoyed our stay and will return again. **Price reflects monthly winter rate**

We were on the end of the second row and had an amazing view. Our only complaints: really loud as it's right off the main street and for the price you pay it should be adults only. Way too many kids running around being loud. We witnessed on multiple occasions were kids on bikes almost got hit bc they were flying into the road from empty sites or riding around at night. Also, we witnessed a camper get hit hard with a baseball and our dog (blind) get hit in the face with a frisbee by the same kids. Also, be alert for other dogs. They state they don't allow certain breeds but our first week there the site in front of us had a rottie that charged after us and several other folks and any dog that came near it. I honestly feel for the price/night that rules should be enforced. Other than that the place is great!

The park sits right on the water and has a small beach and pier. The park is extremely clean, well landscaped and there is plenty of room between spaces. It definitely falls into the 'resort" category, and attracts people that want to fish, hang out at the pool and go to nearby beaches. The staff was very friendly. There is a decent laundry room and they do trash pick-ups every morning at 10am. There is a little road noise due to the proximity to the main road, but we didn't really notice it in our space. There are some spaces the back up right against the water, but apparently they fill up fast. They also let us wash our rig and truck (for a fee, of course).Overall, we found that this was a great stop where everything was clean and well-maintained, with just enough "extras."
