Location excellent. Came here due to no other room in any places close to St. Petersburg. Very cramped sites Would not take site 1 if you can help it. Very narrow with sand only & loud. Showers clean. Wifi excellent.

We stayed here when visiting family in Clearwater Beach. We usually opt for state/county parks, but there were none close. The location of this park was amazing for us. Mostly full time residents (in ‘double-wide’ type structures) and a hand full of snow birds in more travel trailers and Class A coaches. There is a small section for those in a less permanent setting in the back (snowbirds/those traveling through for a few days), but we were put on a spot right in the middle of the community on the end of a little cul de sac that to me seemed like an added ‘after thought’ spot. Super disappointed for the price paid; we’ve never stayed in this sort of setting (after 6 months of being on the road). Donna and Buddy (the staff) were incredibly friendly, as well as the full time residents (age 55+) here. I am sure they are used to the coming and going of certain spots!! Small one stall men’s bathroom/shower and one for the women. Dish washing station inside the common area. Laundry on site. So, if you do find yourself needing a spot near this area (and have pets), I would clarify that you would have a spot in the back corner (or really anything other than 66). Quiet community, but some road noise from main drag. Please note the nightly rate is $45 with taxes... we paid closer to $40 with Good Sam discount.
