Been open maybe 6 mo, still adding 2 more sections of sites, pool/fitness not open yet. Nice space between sites. Landscaping will look nice when established. Seem to have good monthly/yearly prices. Nice office staff. I see no luxurious amenities or Paradise as advertised but it is a nice rv park. On negative side our motorhome front wheels were off the ground several inches after we leveled, so bottom step was extra far off ground (not all sites are this bad), nice shower house but only 2 stools, 2 showers + 1 handicap. While we were here, already looking junky on some sites, plastic tubs under rv, dog pen, toys/kids bikes all over patio, 2 boat trailers with boat and canoes and a rv on one site. Boats next to rv on other sites (even though i did see a storage area). Seems several permanent rvs some with porch structures being built. Definitely no rv age or size restrictions. Just make me wonder what it will look like in another year or two. It has high potential with right site management but also potential to be just another regular ‘do whatever you want on your site’ campground, i hope not.
