Fairly tightly packed sites laid out in a bit of a random order, lots of fairly scruffy full timers with built up extensions to the campers including patios and front doors. Access is very tight, but to be fair we have a huge 40’ fifth wheel rig and dually truck. We only got in because a lot of the sites were empty, and if they hadn’t stayed that way we’d never have got out and frankly even then it was touch and go, especially given that certain routes were blocked because of low overhead clearance. It took a lot of working out beforehand and then very, very, careful maneuvering. Our site itself wasn’t very level and each one has a small concrete pad next to the gravel, so you can park on either/or but as they’re at radically different heights it won’t be both. We made it work, just, and we did end up level: But having said all that, our stay was lovely. The people are super nice, very laid back, and very helpful. There seem to be very few rules, and despite that the place was very quiet and no obnoxious people at all. Essentially, it’s a tropical paradise with a lovely small beach area with tables and umbrellas right on the water; it was gorgeous—and less than 50 yards from our camper. The Verizon signal was good everywhere, and we had full hook ups. Overall we love this place and highly recommend it. If you have a big rig you may well fit but it’s really going to depend on which site you choose and how busy the campground is. And you’d better bring your driving A game too—even if you have a smaller rig. ????

So this is a pretty small camp with some odd shaped sites. Its on the Keys however and backs up to docked water access. There is a nice little walk up spot for launching kayaks or putting your cat on a boogie board in the water. Easy bike ride to John Pennnekamp Coral Reef park, a must see.

We probably wouldn't have gotten a spot last minute if we weren't in our relatively tiny van. On New Years Eve, the place was lively and loud, but that's to be expected given the nature of the season. From the people we met, it seemed that they sort of make a little family of snowbirders down here every year.Great kayaking and stellar sunsets to be had from right off the docks at the RV park, too.
