We loved this site. We first checked in and the sweet lady there was able to get us a site on the water which we weren’t expecting. It was beautiful. The sites were small but we were able to fit our dog gates and still have room for a fire pit. The views were breathtaking especially at sunset.

After one night I pulled out and forfeited the second night. The site was very unleveled and after parking our pickup there was no room for chairs. No table, restroom etc. Beach was pure mud. Sites way too close, WiFi did not work any where away from office. No service t-mobile or AT&T. Ok, it is right on the ocean but that is it. Mostly permanent trailers. Look elsewhere.

We ended up staying 2 extra nights — the waterfront spots are killer and the sunsets are amazing! Sites are a little tight but everyone was respectful and friendly. There are not any restaurants near, so that is a little bit of a downside. We ordered Pizza from a gas station nearby & that was fine. Park owner is very sweet. She was very accommodating when we requested to stay an extra couple of nights. Would stay here again!

They were everywhere, and could to see. Friendly folks launching boats, cleaning fish, etc. THEN, we asked to extend our stay and Lynn told us she could put us on the "sea wall" for the remainder of our stay. This was the best group of sites. Ours was just two down from the dock/pier, where we all convened each evening to watch the sunset with a cocktail. It is a very quiet place, with probably a 50/50 split of seasonal vs. transients. Big rigs fit, no problem. (we have a 36 foot Tiffin Class A). Overall, wonderful place to relax. Just don't take our spot when we roll back through.
Pleasurable

Management very courteous and helpful. View is wonderful and fishing off the pier is welcomed. Sites are large enough to fit the big rigs but close quarters to your neighbors. Over all I appreciate the fact that I can camp here with my Passport America pass in Florida in MARCH!
