It seems like 75% of spots are full timers and 50% work. The middle of the campground closer to the pool seems to be for shorter term guests. There is no playground for kids but basketball tennis etc. We were almost the only ones in the pool during the week. There is a really nice beach for kids 15 mins away on Hutchinson island. Its a great campground for campers vacations. We paid $52/night.

Laundry services were great! Dog park was out of the way but large enough. Not a lot of space to walk large dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free wifi did not work well but the verizon and AT&T cellular were good. They have a small restaurant open roughly 8AM-8PM open most days. They have RV storage and boat storage here. Our 52 ft motorhome car hauler fit on our pull thru site.

  • Nice pull-thru patio sites and RV storage

The pull-through site was paved with brick pavers and included a lovely little patio and fireplace. I can see why so many seasonals here with shuffleboard, tennis, pool, and clubroom. There is a grassy, secured storage area and we stored our RV there for 2 months with no problem. That was a great feature for us

We stayed here to visit friends who were seasonals. In our experience, parks like this with a high number of residents can be hit or miss. However, this one was great. We stayed in a premium pull thru due to our length (43'). The site was long enough to lower out rear patio AND park out truck in front. Bathrooms were immaculate. The grounds in general were very well maintained. Roads were open enough to permit our big rig to get around. The campground also has a resturant that serves a great breakfast.

  • Friendly folk, great community.

We needed a place half way between Tallahasse and the keys and this ended up being our choice. Our only was that we were parked under a rather messy oak (site rating is just our site, all the other sites looked great). AT&T 4G LTE was sufficient for working.

The RV park was well maintained with lots of activities for anyone that wanted to stay busy. We didn't get to do much there but we did eat at the restaurant, Coyote Grill, which was very good. Campground is about 3 -4 miles from the beach and maybe 10 miles to Vero Beach. Since we have a small vintage camper bathhouses are important to us. The facilities here were clean and had several showers so we never had to wait. It was kind of chilly while we were there so we were pleased that the bathhouses were heated. As seems to be the norm now, connecting to the internet thru WiFi was poor at best. Usually non-existent.
