We live in Michigan and winter here in Ft. Myers. My husband and I would never stay anywhere else. The people here are family to us. Have made many friends. You won't find this kind of fellowship anywhere else. It has lots to offer. I can be as busy or lazy as I want. I remember our first year. I was trying to direct my husband into our lot. Thank goodness for our neighbors. They helped me save my marriage. lol It is a dog friendly park. You may not remember someone's name but you will their dog. Monday morning meeting, coffee and doughnuts starts our week. We have: Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, sometimes Easter dinner, potlucks, OG Day, movie nights, social times, high tea, breakfasts, Polar Bear plunge, dog parades, book club, Euchre, poker, bingo, kayaking, pickleball, exercise/yoga classess. This year we started OG Rockers. We have painted rocks and placed them all over. When someone finds it they post it on Facebook. Fun seeing where they end up. You can always find happy hour on someones patio or lani. Great manager and staff.
