Shocker this place was so empty. This is the best maintained and most landscaped RV Resort we have stayed at. I believe we saw 5 people the entire time. Large concrete or paver pads on all lots. Gated community felt very secure and safe.

Very clean and well maintained resort. Plenty of room. Site amenities depend on how much the owner has done, some basic, some elaborate. Not all owners allow renting. We were there in the off season, so lots to choose from and not may others there. It fills up in winter I'm sure. Good access to area services and attractions. Right next to the resort is the trolley station you can take to the beach - recommended since driving and parking down there is painful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There are some amazing sites in this campground unfortunately we didn’t get one. The owners had installed a pavilion and we barely fit our 30ft into. The sewer did not have a cap on it and we were right on the road. We walked around the campground and saw some beautiful sites. Bathhouse was extremely clean, pool and grounds.

This place was awesome and the other guests were very friendly. Basically, it is an RV resort where the spots are all owned. If the owner is not using their spot, they can have the office manage it for short-term guests. The pool, laundry, and grounds were impeccably cared for. The site was concrete, level and tree-filled. Sanibel Island was fairly close and it was a great time. The noseeums nearly killed us but I guess that is what happens in these parts of the country. Highly recommend this spot!
