#3 is a pull thru site near the pool. short walk to bath house. concrete pad, picnic table. room for one vehicle only. sites are not terribly close. short term folks in the front, long-term / residents at rear of property. Just minutes away from the Duneden Causeway, honeymoon Island, fishing, kayaking, paddle board… whatever you want is a short drive away.

Sometimes you pick the right spot and sometimes you don’t. This is a trailer park that reserves about 20 spots, for short-term guests, at the front of the park. The rest of the 200+ sites are reserved for a trailer park. We were placed in site 1, which means every person driving into and out of the park drove by us. My family and I were able to laugh about our experience but we were happy to move along. We visited downtown Dunedin, which was a super cool little town. They had some great restaurants and we enjoyed strolling around. We also visited St. Petes and Clearwater beaches. Very nice beaches but we prefer the panhandle over these places. Again, like I said, there has to be better options so don’t follow our footsteps.
