This is a private owned campground that is very old and outdated. The sites are small and tight. The roads within the park are not wide enough for most large trailers and motor homes. Most sites only have 30-amp service. There is no wifi or cable. There are numerous problems with the pool: not filled completely, tiles cracking and chipping, dirty due to the filters not being changed. There are activities but are geared completely to the French Canadians. There are plenty of palm trees with few (less than 5 other trees). One large beautiful healthy oak tree was taken down while we were are the park due to it dropping a few leaves on the tennis courts. A huge issue is the garbage dumpsters. It is always overflowing and smelly! They do not have enough trash containers for the number of people in the park. There are also lots of fish heads and etc put into the dumpster not wrapped. There are rules on the campground map but are only enforced for those campers that the manager does not like. The rest of the campers can do whatever they like including parking more than 2 vehicles, a boat, a trailer and a truck on their site, dump fish parts in the dumpster, jump into the pool with sun oil on, speed on the roads, go the wrong way on one way roads and not clean up after their dog. Over the half of the park are permanent trailers so the park is more like a mobile home park than a RV park. The only positive about the park was the wonderful Florida weather this winter. I would not recommend this park to anyone.
