He led us to our site, helped us back in, and was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. With that being said, the place has a lot of potential with the exception of the park owner, Anthony. We initially were in a partial HU site for the first 2 weeks and then moved into a FHU site for the remainder of a month long stay. It was then that we initially parked our truck in front of our fifth wheel. As we were leaving one day, Anthony walked up to us and asked if we could park it in the large dirt area behind the RV. (Not being specific about where). We agreed and parked in that area upon return. A few days later he walks up to the back window of our RV and starts yelling at my husband demanding he come out and move the truck or else he will have it TOWED! We moved the truck to a different area thinking it would be “good” with him, but he came back a day later yelling at us to move it again. The thing is, he doesn’t see a problem with harassing or threatening anyone he perceives is not abiding by his rules. We are not the first to experience this kind of treatment by him. He has done it before and I’m positive this will not be the last. We will not be back. Unless your idea of a great time at a park is being harassed by someone with a Napoleon complex, I recommend steering clear of this place.

The palms are beautiful! I was escorted to my site upon arrival. The clubhouse is conveniently located in the middle of the park and has a bathroom with a shower. There was lots of room to walk my dogs and everyone welcomed us all. The others staying at the park were really great. There is a community garden and a new chicken coop. It has a community and campground feel at this park. I do not have any service with TMobile but Verizon jetpack data service is great. I will definitely be visiting again!

Don’t expect to get WiFi outside of the club house unless you have a WiFi booster.Club house is also where the community bathroom is. Single bathroom with a single shower. I think most people shower in their campers. No fire pit.No picnic tables.Fairly level hard pack. All sites seem to be drive through.I would camp here again. So peaceful and quiet. Very little road noise.
