Large, shaded sites with beautiful, mature trees. Dog-friendly park, with a fenced doggy play area.Unfortunately, due to the large, loose gravel roads, it is very difficult to walk around (or bike), and terrible for the dogs, so you end up walking on people's grass, which is not ideal. If you like to walk (or jog), take the dirt road next to the park down through the gate and walk around the lake (natural preserve open to the public) About a mile or two with lovely natural vistas. The staff was great, friendly and efficient. The park is in a very remote locale (no stores, restaurants, etc nearby), so if you need something from the grocery store, it's a 20 minute drive. Handy location if you want to be half-way between Orlando and the beach, (45 minutes to each, in either direction). The park is mostly quiet and large, with minimal road noise. (They would be wise to enforce the 'no arrivals after 10pm rule,' as we were awoken twice in the night by loud late arrivals, one at 2:00am!) The internet was not good; bring your mifi or hotspot. All in all not a bad park if you like to be away from the crowds. My best advice to the owners: investing in some landscaping would be well worth it: A little privacy between sites would be wonderful, as well as having something nice to look at besides rigs and buildings. It may be the reason this park is at half-capacity while all the others are booked full. The price per night is also on the high side ($80), another possible reason they are not full. That said, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay here again.** I have stayed at over 25 parks along the Florida coast in the last three months.... Look for my other reviews!**

This park is located along a quiet stretch of SR 50 between Titusville and Orlando. Both are pretty easily accessible, though Orlando is a bit further. Disney is on the other side of town, so this park is probably too far to be a good theme park base. Many full-time snowbird residents. All seem very friendly. Some run down looking rigs, but most are nice. Amenities include a number of very clean restroom/shower/laundry facilities. There is also a small heated pool that seems popular, even in the cooler weather. Sunday night bingo and Monday morning $3 breakfast. Some spots near the front are very tight, clearly for smaller rigs.
