Handy little place off of Interstate 10. It’s clean and the people running it are helpful. Nice laundry machines. Unfortunately no wifi and almost no Verizon cell service The sites are a little dated and many permanent and semi permanent guests, although their sites were mostly tidy.

  • Nice stop.

Sites are close together but functional. Easy drive off the highway and Nice staff. GREAT and clean dog park. Great OTA tv and rocking internet. Two large towers across the street. Nothing close around so come in stocked up. Would stay here again for sure.

Called at the last minute to see if they had any spots available and if they accepted late check ins. Easy spot to navigate in the dark and very friendly people. I am passing back through in a month and I am going to be hitting this CG. Dogs allowed and a dog park.

We were waiting out some storms that swept across the southeast last week. We came in on a Wednesday evening. I called to inquire about availability and the lady that answered was very kind. Very easy to get in even in our 44 ft. from I-10. Super friendly when we arrived and gave us a 10% Good Sam discount. We actually ended up getting their largest site(which was site #1) and it was a pull through. The roads were gravel/dirt but packed very well. Didn't really bother us for overnight stay but voltage read low on the pedestal for 50A on our surge protector. Lots of kids playing and families enjoying themselves. I have to say they have the LARGEST and NICEST fenced dog area of any place I've ever seen! ATT service was great, didn't have any problems. We enjoyed it and will stay here overnight again for sure.

This is a campground, so you will do some leveling when you park, but the hookups worked great, and we had a picnic table and fire ring at our spot. The grounds are pretty with lots of room to walk around, and it felt safe. We had neighbors on both sides but did not feel cramped in our space. We had great cell signal and were both able to work using AT&T signal with no issues. The office staff was amazing! I want to thank the couple working the office and grounds for making our stay so enjoyable. They were super friendly making us feel welcome and were there for everything we needed. I was impressed with the thoughtful stock of items in the store too. The overall vibe was pleasant as fellow campers waved and said “Hi” or had a brief chat. The laundry facility was also neat and clean, with good size washers and dryers and good prices. Now for the DOG PARK! Wow! One of our main criteria for choosing a place to stay is the dog park, and Triple C’s had one of the most awesome ones we have seen. It was huge and had really nice trees and ground cover. This dog park is one of Scout’s favorites for sure! He could run and explore, and even met a nice girl doggy to play with a few times while we were there. We look forward to coming back.

There is still a lot of hurricane (Michael) cleanup going on on I-10 and the lady who checked us in said the campground was almost wiped out by the hurricane. They still had large piles of fallen trees bulldozed over to the side and out of the way, but actually the campground was in pretty good shape. This is the second time we overnighted here. The first was a couple of years ago. No, it’s not a scenic place, but it was quiet. The only complaint we have is we were in a new Montana fiver and even though there were plenty of empty campsites she stuck us right next to what appeared to be a long term camper with his junk, tools and equipment spread all over his campsite. Really trashy looking. The staff is friendly. We would stay here again.

You can pay the envelope or wait till morning to pay by credit card inside between 8-10. The indoor bathrooms were spotless. Each campsite has full hook ups with a fire ring. They have a pool, kids play area, and a dog walk area. They have lots of fully grown trees that were all trimmed back. The shade didn’t hurt our ability to get Internet. We bring our own hotspot to enjoy a little Netflix before bed.
