Between the cruise ships and the people in the area blasting music at all hours of the day and night it was just awful. We got bit up by ants as well. The only bathrooms for the area were for the whole park and were absolutely disgusting the entire time. Poop, dirty diapers and used tampons everywhere. There were no showers there so all inlet campers needed to walk to the other camping area to shower. The other camping area looked even worse. Everyone was packed in on top of each other. We alsomost checked out early. Staff was very rude when I asked them to ask people to turn down music after 10 pm and to remove the drunk homeless person hanging around d our site. Never again!

Some of the pedestals could use some TLC, ours had a loose 30A connection, switched over to 50A without issues. Noticed others with lids torn, etc. nothing too major. Our site was nice and roomy, although some can be tight, be sure to check the map. Clean campgrounds, Friendly staff. Just a short walk to the beach. Will return!

Jetty Park Campground is perfectly situated if you want beach and Kennedy Space Center access. Needless to say we did both. Our site is 30 amp full hookups but not all have full hookups. There is a section of the campground next to the jetty with amazing views but that section only has potable water; no electric or sewer. The restrooms were very clean throughout the campground and on the beach area. We did not use the bathhouse so I can’t comment on them. Our site, does not have a pad, was not leveled at all. It took several attempts but we finally leveled. There were many site that were not leveled. Otherwise the sites are spacious enough. Some people had their trailer, truck, screened room, and a trailered boat in the site. Several reviews mention the lack of television. We had more than enough channels to chose from with over the air. We have T-Mobile and we were able to steam with no issues. We did not use their WiFi but it is available, can’t comment on it. You do get a code for the WiFi in your welcome package. You also get a code for access to the campground from the road the the gates when returning from the beach or park area. The beach was an easy walk from our site; out the gate and over the dunes. The beach was beautiful, not over developed. We are use to the beaches in Miami with buildings all around. Being near Patrick Air Force Base there was some flyovers which was nice for the kids while we enjoyed the beach. There is an on duty lifeguard on the beach within Jetty Park’s property. There is a fairly large playground area near the jetty. Everything (campground, beach, playground, and jetty) is within easy walking distance. The kids were not tired enough from the beach all day and we visited the playground right after the beach. Also several other times throughout the evening. It is to be noted that at the time our our visit, Covid-19 pandemic restrictions still in effect, the camp store was not opened for in-person interaction (no complaints there). They did have everything available by placing a call to the store and you would pick it up outside the front door. The store keeper was very helpful when we called. He was kind enough to describe the magnets he had available to me since I wanted one as a souvenir. They charge the card on file for your items, open the door, hand you your items and you’re on your way. Overall we are very happy with our stay in Jetty Park Campground. We will definitely be returning here. Hopefully there is a rocket launch next time. The campground is a prime viewing area for rocket launches. The only negative thing I have to mention is that people tend to walk through your campsite like it’s a free for all. That has nothing to do with the campground itself but the individuals. If you’re looking for beach access with other points of interest nearby, Jetty Park Campground is it. We loved it and I’m sure you will too.

Great restaurants just a few minutes away! We stayed here in late March and the weather was perfect, without a lot of people.

  • I would characterize this park as benefiting from the local things to do and local attractions.

More of a suburban atmosphere, not as friendly/personal as most.

They are very clear that you can only use onboard generators which we heard running most of the night (but just a quiet hum). We stayed on site 5 which is just 1 row away from the water front. It's pretty sloped so it took a bit of maneuvering to get our 42 ft 5th wheel to level. There are quite a few crows and annoying birds hovering around and diving in the garbage but one of our neighbors took it upon herself to go clean up all the garbage and shoo away all the birds. #heroWe had several cruise ships pass by during the day as well as the SpaceX ships used to catch the rocket fairings at sea. Cool!We saw dolphins playing in the water and several sea turtles. We met most of our neighbors and they were all super friendly. A large group of neighbors were from Canada and they have been visiting annually for the past 30 or so years. They invited us over for dinner and fed us fresh fish (red drum) they had just caught. We love the RV community!

The sites could use a little weed whacking action. The sites are very tight, but I was able to back in on the first try. Easy access to a nice Atlantic beach. Full hookups, picnic table and charcoal grill at the sites. There is also a fishing pier that comes with park admission. WiFi was 2-4 bars. Cell coverage was very weak. We definitely liked the park and hope to come back again. Our site was $36 per night. That included a $2 per night pet fee. That was based on non- county resident, summer rates.

The campsites are extremely close and resembles a jigsaw puzzle. We had to purchase three nights but only stayed two since the weekends must include Friday. It rained very hard while we were there and some of the campsites were flooded to the point it looked like it would enter the RV. It was definitely up to the middle of the truck tires. Fortunately our site wasn’t that bad but we walked in at least 6 inches of water to enter our camper. The site was very small could not put out our awning and could extend our slide. It was cramped. We have a 30ft TT and a F250. I don’t think a 5th wheel would fit because of the overhang on the tree. The laundry needed cleaning and was underwater for at least a day.

For some reason this site was VERY narrow and there was not enough room to park my tow vehicle, since my neighbor to the west had two cars and parked one in part of my site. The afternoon sun was brutal since the site had the trailer door opening to the WEST. The entire camp ground is arranged in a East / West layout. So it is suggested you always pick the sites on the north areas of the access roads around the park.SITE 221 - Was on the north side of site 335 and was a joy. The site is lined on the east side with a henge that separates your site from your neighbor. The trailer door and awning is now located on the East side of the trailer making the afternoon and evenings much cooler, when you want to set outside and enjoy a brew. The elevation of the concrete pad is level with the ground making positioning of the traveler not that important. This site is within 100 yards of the campgrounds WIFI antenna, but the service is still very poor.JETTY PARK needs to upgrade their reservation system. When you fo to make a reservation you can only GUESS how many days you be allow to stay in the site you have found. The need to look into the reservation system used by State of Florida & RECREATION.GOV. When making a reservation on their system you can see all the days ahead of you desired booking time so you can stay in one site for your visit. With Jetty Parks system it typical to be required to move at least once in a 3 day stay and more if you want to stay for longer. The campground is a great place for rocket launch viewing and taking in the sun on the excellent beach within walking distance of all camp sites. The fishing pier is always busy and produces a lot of fishes killed.
