Located between Bradenton and Sarasota. 55+ park which was not important to us,, but was so quiet. Pet friendly.. latge, Flat, grass sites many with mature trees. Feels like a park setting. Owner was wonderful and let us pick a site from those available. Everything was spotless including pool and laundry.Wifi was weak non existent.Pool closed at 5pm. Days were quite warm and would have been nice to extend a few hours.Laundry closed at 5pm. You need to really plan your day around limited hours.No shower facilities, while we managed this fine, I missed this on their website along with limited amenity hours. We travel in a 24ft sprinter and shower is tight so ok but prefer nice shower house.Very nice, just be aware of limitations and how those might affect your stay. Could easily be a 4 or 5 rating with shower house and better pool laundry access

The owner Lisa dose a great job with the park nice sites and very friendly atmosphere. You do have to drive about a half hour to do most activities but if you don't mind seeing the area it's not a bad drive
