Well maintained campground with quite a few year-round residents it was pretty (for a suburban area), clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The Staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. We left at the onset of 'peak season' so can't really speak for what it is like during the busy winter months, but feel pretty confident the vibe is the same there year-round.The site we were in was on the easternmost edge of the property and we enjoyed the shade every morning (kind of a rarity in Florida). Site was a concrete pad, perfectly level, very easy to get in and out of.

Our pull-thru FHU site was dirt/weeds and a broken concrete slab. The site was pretty level. Truck and trailer were too long to remain hooked up. There is small pool which was fairly crowded when we pulled in. Not much green space to walk your dogs. Verizon service was adequate. The park has cable but, we watched over the air TV. Plenty of channels. Lots of traffic and construction going on between I-75 and the Park.
