Check in was a total disaster. Campground is not allow specific picking of sites without an additional fee so when we got there, we were shoved onto a site not much bigger than a patio which did not work. Took over an hour to check in. Dumpsters were overflowing, roads are extremely narrow for anything larger than a camper van. A lot o...moreCheck in was a total disaster. Campground is not allow specific picking of sites without an additional fee so when we got there, we were shoved onto a site not much bigger than a patio which did not work. Took over an hour to check in. Dumpsters were overflowing, roads are extremely narrow for anything larger than a camper van. A lot of sites are down rows that would require backing all the way in or all the way out. Maintenance staff seems friendly. Very difficult to get a hold of on the phone. Does not return voicemails either. Electrical hook up was sketchy and had no rain cover. Had very low water pressure and only 30 A at most sites. Lots of long term and permanent residents who are a little sketchy. Grass area was mostly marshy. Bring mosquito spray!

This campsite was horrible. Debris everywhere, broken pipes, and cable boxes and they stuck us in a site where we couldn't pull through because there was a large, but beautiful tree, in the way. Tight spaces, the angle of the road into the site was wrong, and the hookups were on the wrong side. Luckily, we were just using this as a pla...moreThis campsite was horrible. Debris everywhere, broken pipes, and cable boxes and they stuck us in a site where we couldn't pull through because there was a large, but beautiful tree, in the way. Tight spaces, the angle of the road into the site was wrong, and the hookups were on the wrong side. Luckily, we were just using this as a place to park the camper while we stayed in a condo. Never coming here again.

Staff friendly and helpful. We were going to use Passport America but they told us they were promoting a buy one, get one day for 28 days. Large pool, laundry facilities clean. Lots of permanent residents interspersed but all very nice and well kept. Have shuffle board and pickle ball courts. The pull through sites are sand but level w...moreStaff friendly and helpful. We were going to use Passport America but they told us they were promoting a buy one, get one day for 28 days. Large pool, laundry facilities clean. Lots of permanent residents interspersed but all very nice and well kept. Have shuffle board and pickle ball courts. The pull through sites are sand but level with cement patios but we were tightly squeezed in. Because our utilities are on drivers side we had to pull in opposite of our neighbor so our front doors were facing each other. Wifi didn't work for three days but after they were told, they fixed it.
