When I went into the office to pay my bill I was rudely informed that the park had changed owners since January and the nightly fee was now $53 plus tax. I talked with both Kerry (account manager) and Brad (regional manager), explained the situation and showed them the email confirmation from January. They said since a deposit was not taken, that email was not legally binding, and I had to pay $53 a night. I explained further that no one from the RV park had communicated with me about this increase which fell on deaf ears. The whole interaction was very confrontational and their attitude was they had me by the short hairs since there were no other options for a one week stay in the area. By far this is the poorest customer service I have received in three years of full timing.Oh ... and the water and power hookup where on the wrong side of the trailer.
New Owners, terrible service.

New Coporate owners in April 2022. We have stayed here for the last 10 years and loved it. The new owners have raised prices and reduced service. Wish we could find another place but there are none available close by.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The park is quiet!!! Very peaceful to stay here. There is some distance road noise. The laundry room was fine. We did have to pull the front end first with class A then pull electricity and water under the RV, but the view toward the private residence was better. There is a trail leading from the park to a city park behind with a lake, children's playground equipment, a creek, and best of all a bicycle trail that goes all the way to Golden.
Surprisingly great!

Site 47 is a pull thru on the end and right by the restrooms and laundry. It felt like we were able to spread out a little more than most people in the park. Nancy in the office is a sweetheart and very accommodating. Clean grounds. The restrooms are individual and makes it feel more homey. Very clean. You can also rent DVDs in the laundry room. Site was rock, level and included a picnic table. Very close to trash dump. The park backs up to the Clear Creek Bike/Walking trail which was a wonderful escape. It is very accessible to Golden and Denver. 35 mins from the Denver airport. The wifi was unreliable. Nothing really worked very well. Occasionally email would work on their wifi, but had to rely on hotspot for everything else. AT&T service was great.

That being said, the sites are flat and required no leveling. The park is kept extremely clean and the facilities are good. The thing that makes this place stand out is the service. The two women in the office were exceptional. We needed to stay here due to an emergency visit to the veterinary hospital around the corner. Both of them went out of their way to make certain that we were taken care of and were as concerned about our dog as we were. I have never had the personal service they provided at any RV park anywhere. Check in was simple; we arrived after hours and all the information that was needed was provided outside--including a key to a semi-private bathroom. It's a great location for accessing anything you'd need to do in Denver as well. A speed test for our AT&T hotspot showed 92 mbps download and 32 mbps download.
Its ok, just ok.

One thing we did like was the semi private bathroom and shower. They have 8 individual full bathrooms and you get a key to just 1 of them. Neet idea and private so for bathroom I would give them 4 stars. Other than that as mentjoned only 1 night stay so cant rate too much.

Like others have said, it is basically a parking lot in the middle of Denver. The staff is terrific and dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash. There is a very nice park close by with a lot of excellent walking trails. The bathrooms and laundry room are good.

It’s a parking lot with hook up. Ppl were friendly and a park with walking trails right behind. That was nice. No place to let the dog off leash though.

Office staff was very helpful, there are a lot of people staying full time. No one bothered us and it was not a problem. When you pull in you may be hesitant but great spot to stay and be close to Denver. There is a Great Lake and trail you can access, you can bike the trail to downtown Denver or Golden. 45 minute bike ride, also a great spot for dogs. Cell signal was spotty and wireless was not great. Bought a weboot cell booster for the trip and using that helped. Place is safe and would stay again if I was passing through Denver.

That's exactly what we needed when we were here at the end of July 2019 for a couple nights; it's just a short drive to all the amenities and stores we needed. But it is basically a parking lot. Rigs are as close as I've ever seen them in an RV park, and being summer, everyone was running AC so it wasn't quiet. That being said, we weren't in the RV much as we were out running errands. We paid $34 for a water and electric site - they have a dump station (free for guests) on site so we didn't see the need to pay extra for full hookups for 2 nights. As you'd expect for being in a major city, cell signal was good:AT&T: 118Mbps down / 14.5Mbps up / 48ms pingVerizon: 43.7Mbps down / 5.19Mbps up / 21ms pingIf we needed to be in Denver again, I'd almost certainly come back here - it worked out great for what we needed. Simple and relatively inexpensive for its location.

Easy access off I-70. Best price in the area. Very full. Spaces are close to each other but the advantage of being in town is a trade-off. At the of my stay, there were no future sites available and the waiting list is long.

It's very close to a large T&A truck stop that has most of the things you'd expect which is convenient. It's on the west end of Denver, which is great if you're heading into the mountains on 70. The area is quite, 44th gets busy at times but it's usually slow which makes getting in and out easy. We stayed in a full hookup site, but the water/electric were on opposite side as the sewer - which was confusing. In the end it worked out, just make sure you park so all your lines work out. The site was small and narrow, this isn't a vacation spot - the sites aren't setup for hanging out and enjoying the weather. There was a huge chuck of concrete missing from the slab on our site (see pic). The site was level. We made reservations via email, the ladies were very friendly and fun to talk to. They were flexible and accommodating to our schedule as we didn't know for sure when we'd be leaving. The amenities are setup for full-timers, and it appears that they may have had issues with the residents abusing the facilities in the past. There are more rules here than other RV parks we've been to, lots of little signs warning that if you do something (like wash blankets in the laundry) that all privileges will be revoked and they'll close the faculties for everyone. The same goes for the bathroom - while they have 8 bathrooms (private w/toilet, shower and sink) they provide each camper with a key that only works for one of them. This means that if someone is in your bathroom and all 7 others are open you have to wait for that person to finish in your bathroom. There are several older washer/dryers in the same building as the bathrooms, we didn't use them.I would stay here again if I needed to be on the west end of Denver for a short stay. It's convenient and the staff was awesome.
