The sites were well maintained and very level on gravel and if you need assistance with getting into your space, Keith, the owner is happy to help you park into the site! The on site water, electric and sewer was well maintained and easy to use. The Wi-Fi was one of the best we’ve experienced at any campground! The bath house and laundry was also very clean. We will definitely be back to stay!

Paid $48 for a parking spot in a gravel lot that was not level, had to use leveling blocks. Found more level spots in the campgrounds in Gunnison. The wifi works but there are no services which is fine but the price should reflect this. Wifi worked shockingly well. But it really sucks they don’t have level ground to park. Very easy and the owners were very hospitable. Though many campgrounds showers and bathrooms were closed in the area, Chinook's were open for business. Restrooms were immaculate and we even did a load of laundry with great washing machines. The owner explained the great history of the campground and how the small cabins on site were built..Beautiful sunset and very quiet setting.Sites can accommodate large rigs as well as our camper van. We will be back, even if to stay in one of the historic cabins....

Very nice RV park. Swing wide for narrow highway access. Nice wide and deep spaces for large rigs. No obvious pull through spaces. But just let the owners know and they will work with you as much as possible. We stayed May 15th. Very nice neighbors. Bear got into the dumpster. We didn’t hear a thing. Easy access to the upper Rio Grande and all that area can offer. The picnic tables, benches, gazebo, and cabins are in great repair. Space 7 is near the back and we heard no highway noise. Our gravel space was level. All the infrastructure was new and in perfect operating condition. Weather was windy and comfortable! Nice for walking. Used phone number to make next day reservation. Very nice and helpful.

Well maintained with very friendly owners. No laundromat but there was one in town so no issues there. Good ATT coverage (3 bars LTE). For some I can’t use the star rating system but would leave 4 stars. Was very quiet. Access was easy. Great location with clean sites that were very well maintained.
