Park is super clean and in a great location for off-roading trails (we have a RZR & this park is about 2 minutes from all the trails). There were a couple people passing through while we were there but it was otherwise pretty quiet. There's laundry and restrooms on site. We have our own so I didn't go in there but it looked clean! Didn't use the WiFi either as we have our own so I can't comment on that either. Just FYI - you will need a water pressure regulator.Verizon and AT&T were both great. Sites are small and tight. We had to park our vehicles in the 'overflow' area because the only thing that would fit in our site was the RV itself! I don't recommend the grocery in town except for maybe some emergency items... Overall, the park is great. The owners are great and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We preferred this park over the others in town - just seemed cleaner and friendlier.

Nice small park tight but enough room for our 45 coach, great water, nice older couple. Will stay here again. Would have stayed longer but too dang hot now.

Passport America price is $17.50/night plus tax but must stay 3 nights to get that rate, otherwise $35/night plus tax. We paid $56.95 for the three nights. Gravel mostly level level sites with full hookup and picnic tables. RV Sites are very close to each other. Also has a few tent sights. Very clean showers although not private, just a shower curtain to separate the three shower stalls, three restroom stalls with locking doors (one was “out of order”); there is a secure door on the restroom building. Nice hot water with good pressure in showers. Clean laundry area - 2 washers $2.50/load, 2 dryers $.25 for 10 minutes, and it took $.75 to dry a full load. Laundry room is locked from 9:00pm to 9:00am. Small “library” with the usual RV park library offerings, lots of magazines on hunting, outdoors, etc. Lots of brochures on Colorado Camping and the local area. WiFi not so good but got a decent Verizon cell signal and we just used our hotspot. Welcoming hosts, secure the area each night. Office gives change for the laundry. Not too busy during mid September with lots of open sites. It was a nice relaxing stay and I would definitely stay here again. FOUR stars for no private showers and very weak WiFi.

The site is gravel, and level. Hookups are okay, but you will need a water pressure regulator. The bathrooms, and laundry rooms are impeccable. The spot is near an oil company transport company, so a little noise during the day. Lots of wall art to explore here, and there is water nearby. Not very crowded during this time, and there is a lot to see! Wi-fi is not so great, but got cell service here.
