The description on their website is totally deceptive. There is a new laundry room and showers but the sites and grounds have been neglected for years. Half the sites hookups didn’t work and there are a lot of old run down FT trailer with trash everywhere. We would have turned around but we were stuck because the fires closed the 70 and had no were else to go. Couldn’t wait to leave

  • This is a first for us. We left property without staying

This should be a great RV park but it appears they are converting to a mobile home community. Arriving the office said go pick a site, confirm that all connections work and let us know which site you end up in. We thought that was strange. After trying six (6) sites we gave up and left. Some sites had no water, some no electric, so no sewer. Some simply had laminated signs saying this site “out of service”. My guess within 12 months this will be full of park model homes and RVs will not be welcome. Sad because the property could be really nice. If you’re in a RV skip this one.
