Super nice park in the middle of the tall pine trees. Sites are tight, most with just enough room for your chairs. Some sites are better than others. Camp hosts were super friendly and helpful.

Looking for a place to refresh after boondocking for several days. Lovely little campground close to town. Sites are close together but nothing out of the ordinary. Very clean and quiet plus shade -which most campgrounds on the area are lacking. Would have stayed another night if it had been available. Wifi was spotty.

The #1 campsite is the most remote of all 24 sites. While the sewer connection was uphill from our RV and the water was not plumbed correctly, everything worked out very well. Our Sidewinder corrected the sewer connection and Randy ran an extra long hose from the main supply. The #1 site was disconnected from the rest of the camp sites and since this was our first camp with our new RV we were excited to have the most privacy. We have friends in the area and were offsite most of the time, so just spending time at the camp site wasn't a big priority. The shower and laundry areas were super clean and well kept. access to camp was extremely easy from the main road. We would not hesitate staying here again.

So the owner got out a tractor and tried to level a site next to the highway while we waited a couple hours. Then we were told our stay was free with electric service only. Great! Until the next night when we got a call from the owners to pay $200 for our stay. So I don’t think I’ll be back. The regular rate is about $65 including fees and taxes.

A nice campground that is well maintained. The owners and helping hands are very kind. Check out the second hand store and the Magenta Moose Mercantile near the road!

There were only a handful of RVs in the park during our stay which helped as it would be a pain to maneuver our 42ft 5th wheel through the park to our site if it were full. We had to back out of our pull through. However, all the utilities worked well, its a very nice setting with a short walking path. Deer came through the grounds each evening. We would stay here again for sure, but probably chose a backed site along the back or site 7 (if available) as it had the best angle to the exit. There is a store on the grounds, but it was closed temporarily due to COVID-19.

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. They took the time to show me around the whole place and help me get into my site (which was actually not a difficult back-in spot). Decent wifi and excellent amenities: a little store, a professional grade dog wash, an off-leash pet area, a dog walk in the woods behind the campground, and a laundry room. The owners were very visible and present - I saw them walking around the grounds quite a bit.My only complaint is the cost, but that's standard for these parts, and all sites are full hook-up. It's just more than I like to pay, especially in the off-season. Would definitely stay again! Pagosa Springs is such a cool little town and I'd love to come back.

Grounds are clean. Laundry facility was clean. Showers: Wear shower shoes but they are roomy. Trash is picked up curbside in the morning. The campground is on a hill, sites are very tight together, and extremely tricky to navigate but they do help you park. I'm not sure how some of the bigger trailers made it. Spots are narrow but mostly tiered up and down the hill. We stayed in two different spots, the first was level and easy to hook up to. The second spot we moved to was pretty uneven gravel and had the dump on the opposite side of the electrical and water, and with our small trailer we couldn't be hooked up to everything at once. The first night was peaceful and quiet, lots of wildlife to see and we really enjoyed sitting outside, no issues with bugs. The following nights a family moved in next to us and the child screamed horribly at the top of their lungs outside ALL day, every day, into the quiet hours and completely ruined the stay. We never really saw staff out and about checking on the campground regularly, I think that could help. I would also recommend that the campground enforce quiet hours.
