We stayed 3 nights here while in the area exploring Pagosa Springs. The owner (Fernando) was very accommodating and great to work with. We got to town without a reservation and had called multiple other parks to either get a busy signal or an answering machine. When we called Hide-A-Way, Fernando answered on the first ring and said he had one spot open for us (The park is currently at 1/2 capacity as they are spacing every other lot due to Covid-19). The park is 9 miles from the center of town, however, the rates are the lowest in the area and the setting is beautiful as it back up to a hillside of forest pines. Nice clean park. Not much in the way of amenities. There is a laundry and restrooms were not open during our stay due to Covid-19 measures. The park is small and there wasn't much to do, but, was a great spot to stay for a few nights. It is right by the highway with heavy traffic during the day. The traffic does slow down at night. Water quality was good. Full hookups with both 30 and 50 amp service. Grass lots with many shade trees which made it nice to be able to sit outside. Small creek that runs behind the property with mowed area for dogs to run. Follow our adventures on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/homieatlarge
