This is primarily a “park home” community, full of snowbirds as you would expect in AZ. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. There are no shade trees, just lots of cement. It is a glorified parking lot. If you are looking for aesthetics, there aren’t any. We were in a tiny slot which was difficult to back into and we were against the Lindsay Rd wall. Lots of road noise here. Bring your own quarters for the laundry. There is no change machine and half the machines are “out of service.” We made our reservation quite late in the game and were thankful there were vacancies. There is nothing really “wrong” with this park. Spacing is good between sites and the staff is helpful. The location is very convenient.
