The resort is huge over 3000 sites, traffic is heavy on all the main roads through the resort. The maintenance of the orange trees is awful, they are way over grown and really restrict the ability to park a large rv without getting against an orange tree that will ruin a paint job. I would not stay here again due to the lack of maintenance on the trees and the non-enforcement of the park rules. Some of the sites are full of temporary storage facilities and refrigerators parked outside the rv units.

This is an RV resort that we stay in for the winter. The nightly fee is for a monthly stay. However there are folks who come in for a few days or even less and enjoy. Don't come unless you want to be pampered. We spend the winter months here because Mesa is the round dance capital of the world during the winter.
