This is a mobile home park in transition. The RV area is in desperate need of repair. No security, large breaks in the perimeter walls.Residents in this area of the park must buy electric service through SRP directly. Same day turn on (remotely) is $45. to SRP. No security, large breaks in the perimeter walls.Residents in this area of the park must buy electric service through SRP directly. Same day turn on (remotely) is $45. to SRP. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this in the several calls I made to reserve a spot, and get information, or when we registered in the office. We had to call to find out when the power didn't go on.Arrival was confusing. The office and place to park registering RV are not well marked.POSITIVES:The staff are accommodating in finding a space with water, sewer, etc. The location is good. Pool looks fine. Seems reasonably quiet. One modest size dog park.

This is a mobile home community that uses empty lots to offer Rvers. There is a 50 amp plug only that you have to lay on the gravel to insert. The check in process was a trip. I called asking for availability for two nights. I was sent a form to fill out, sign and return via email along with copies of my driver's license and my Good ...moreThis is a mobile home community that uses empty lots to offer Rvers. There is a 50 amp plug only that you have to lay on the gravel to insert. The check in process was a trip. I called asking for availability for two nights. I was sent a form to fill out, sign and return via email along with copies of my driver's license and my Good Sam card. Most parks will hold a spot with a phone call. The lady was pleasant and congenial. If you don't mind parking in a vacant lot with water and power and nothing else, this is the place for you.

Passport America is why we got the price we did. 18.50/nightLittle noise. Huge spaces with extra parking. Beautiful swimming area. Laundry well priced but lots of broken dryers. Free wifi in common area.
