We stayed here for 3 months (Dec-Feb, rate based on 3 month stay). The property manager is fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. Site size is fairly deep and all back-in. Our 36' MH fit just fine. What they lack in depth is made up in width. The sites have enough width for your toad on one side and a clear patio (with picnic table) on the other. Sites are level concrete pads with gravel on both sides. 50 amp service worked perfectly as did the water/sewer. With a month or longer stay you will pay for electricity separately. We only ran heat pump at night-our electricity bill averaged to $3/day. Cable is available by contacting Cox to get hooked up. Check out the many over-the-air channels before paying for Cox. Internet is not available at sites but Verizon and AT&T signals are very strong. The office/common room is very nice-clean and well looked after, both by staff and residents. There is a small exercise room with separate TV, pool table, ping-pong table, selection of books, DVDs and games, several folding tables/chairs and octagonal game tables/chairs. There is also a full kitchen, wireless internet in the building, communal computer with internet & printer as well as a big screen TV and DVD player and couches to sit and watch from. There are also rest rooms in the building that are immaculate. There are SO MANY nice folks here-residents and snowbirds alike! Activities are planned on a monthly basis. There is a huge area set aside for dogs. Thankfully there aren't too many ignorant dog owners here-only occasionally do you hear dogs barking, and there are a LOT of them here. Pool open more than advertised. There is a good mix of park models and RVs. I would estimate 35% park models and 65% RVs. The park is very well kept. They have a maintenance guy that goes around every day to make sure the park is looking its best. This is NOT a spa. It's a nice, simple, friendly, SMALL (about 60 sites) reasonably priced place to relax for the winter. We camped at Desert Vista RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
